Excuses

I try to avoid making excuses as much as I can. Personally, I think that I own a great level if self motivation. During the 25-30 min. run, I managed to push out 8 laps after being at the gym before school, and fitness training for soccer the night before. My buggiest excuse is probably "I'm too sore", but my body and mind now tells me that I'm not even though I feel like it.

  2. Goood job Shak! your are a very physicaly fit person and I enjoy trying to keep up with you in the beep test and 30min runs!
